Building in Phases: Long-term planning allows for manageable growth

Living Word Church, Phase Four: At this point the new sanctuary is construction with more seating, additional parking, offices and a green room. Depending on the size of the congregation this phase can be scaled up or down. It can be made as a simple shell or it can be built on a stemwall. A stemwall adds costs with little justification other than it is more appealing to some congregations. A stemwall does make door and window installation easier.
