Acedemic Pod

The exterior one-piece concrete shell will withstand nature’s violent extremes far better than any conventional construction. The roof covering is warranted for 10 years, but can extended to 20 years with the optional roof coating. Interior partitions are gypsum board over noncombustible heavy gauge metal studs. The center room is open to the dome vaulted ceiling.
