The Payson Unified Athletic Center was built for 2.9 million dollars. A neighboring school built a similar facility of conventional construction. The functions are almost identical. It was 5,000 square feet larger, but cost more than double -- 6.0 million dollars.

The Payson Gymnasium Pod is based on the Payson Unified Athletic Center in Payson, Arizona. It is ideal for large schools and municipalities. It has multiple locker rooms, offices, a weight room, wrestling room, exercise room, and full-service concession stand. The gymnasium floor is hardwood with either two cross courts or one full court with seating for 2095 spectators.
